Our office is located in the heart of the port “La Marina de Denia”, between yachts, cafés, and restaurants. Moreover, From our desk, you can hear the sea, and through the portholes, you can observe the ferries to Ibiza and Formentera. Afterward, when they depart from the harbor, they blow their horn, which gives you a feeling of wanderlust…

In the main season, many guests visit us daily. For example, I came to Dénia for the first time in the 90s to a typical Spanish holiday home with some friends. I instantly fell in love with the sea, the nature, and the Spanish way of life. As usual, the holiday ended way too soon, but I came back, and again, and finally stayed forever.

On the other hand, In Spain, I feel really at home. When I visit family and friends in Germany, I quickly notice the difference: more traffic, more stress, more tension. Here in the south, things are just different  and so are the people. Smiling comes easy here, try it!

And another tip for the perfect holiday: Arrive, relax, and enjoy! Take a cool dip in your private pool, spend a day at the sea. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace and absolutely try a real paella Valenciana… We’ll take care of everything else. Furthermore, And if there is a problem: The emergency telephone number is always available to you!

In winter, when it’s quieter on the Costa Blanca, I recharge my batteries. Then I enjoy long walks through the mountains, and I look forward to spring when the almond trees are blossoming, and the guests visit again…
