Casa Horizont is located in a residential area on the hillside of La Pedrera, just 4 km from Denia beach. The upper floor and outdoor area offer magnificent views of Denia Bay, the castle, the port, and the sea.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 independent floors, each with a separate entrance. A lovely garden with trees surrounds the pool and outdoor area. The pool is equiped by a heat pump which can be switched on in spring and autumn to increase the water temperature (there is no cover – use of the heat pump is available on request for an additional fee). On the main upper floor (pool level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom, and the lower apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The comfort and proximity to the beach make this property an excellent holiday home for your vacation in Spain with family or friends. The first and second floors are only accessible from the outside and are not connected. There is underfloor heating with a heat pump for the winter months, making this holiday home suitable for winter stays. However, there are some stairs to the upper floor and pool level, so this house is not really suitable for people with mobility impairments.
